IBEW Local Union #375 represents approximately 20 employees at the Bethlehem Energy Plant (Calpine Mid-Atlantic Operations, Inc.). These members operate and maintain the eight electrical generators of the facility which is capable of producing 1,130 megawatts of power. This unit was organized in 2007 and signed their first Collective Bargaining Agreement on November 1, 2008. The current Collective Bargaining Agreement is binding from November 01, 2018 through October 31, 2021.
Monthly meetings are held at IBEW Local Union #375’s union hall on the first Tuesday of the month at 3:30 P.M.
