IBEW Local Union #375 represents approximately 21 employees in the Parks, Roads, and Sewer Departments of Upper Macungie Township. This unit was organized in 2007 and signed their first Collective Bargaining Agreement on June 9, 2008. The current Collective Bargaining Agreement is binding from May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2020.
Monthly meetings are held at the Township Building on the 1st Monday of the month. Meeting time varies because of the summer/winter shift schedule.
- Memorial Day to Labor Day meetings begin at 2:30 PM
- Labor Day to Memorial Day meetings begin at 3:00 PM
