IBEW Local 375 has a successful history of providing our partners with the safest, most highly-trained and skilled electricians in the industry. Using our fine-tuned referral system, our members can fulfil any residential or industrial/commercial need on your short or long-term project.
Gone can be the days of interviewing potential employees, training your team and in worst cases holding onto an employee who doesn’t fit into your organization.
Our referral system will allow you to enjoy the flexibility of having skilled electricians, at all levels, only when you need them. When your project is completed or your need diminishes for any reason, simply refer the electrician back to the IBEW Local 375. That’s it.
Once you’re a Signatory Contractor, you immediately reap the benefits, by having access to our world-class hands-on training center. Partnering with the JATC and leaders in our industry, IBEW Local 375 provides ongoing training in the latest technologies. The JATC Training Center includes six technology enabled classrooms, along with six lab environments, supported and supplied by local and national leaders in our industry.
